Mortgage Loan Processor

Nation One Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, income calculations, and experience with Byte LOS (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase and refinance loan applications.
• Review and analyze income documents (salary, self-employed, commission, etc.).
• Communicate with borrowers and loan officers to resolve issues.
• Utilize Byte software to manage loan files.
• Ensure timely submission of files to underwriting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mortgage processing experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Preferred.
• Expertise in VA, FHA, Conventional loans and income analysis.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
