Information Submitted Through Our Website

Information submitted through our website may be collected and used to respond to your inquiry, process a mortgage application, provide requested services or otherwise communicate with you regarding your relationship with Nation One.

By submitting information through our website, you consent to Nation One's collection and use of that information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Providing a telephone number through our website does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS/text messages from Nation One. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is obtained separately where applicable.

SMS and Mobile Information

Nation One may collect mobile telephone numbers and SMS/text messaging consent information for the purpose of communicating with customers and prospective customers regarding mortgage applications, active loan transactions, document requests, application or loan status updates, appointments, closing information and other customer-service matters.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Nation One does not sell, rent or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers that assist Nation One in delivering SMS/text messages and telecommunications services when necessary to provide those services. Such service providers may use the information only as necessary to provide services on behalf of Nation One and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Consent

Where SMS/text messaging is offered, customers may provide consent electronically, through an online form, verbally during a live conversation with a Nation One representative, or through another method that clearly indicates agreement to receive SMS communications.

When you expressly consent to SMS communications, Nation One may send text messages related to your mortgage application, loan transaction or requested services.

These messages may include:

  • Requests for information or documentation;
  • Mortgage application or loan status updates;
  • Appointment or closing-related communications;
  • Responses to questions or requests;
  • Transaction-related notifications; and
  • Other customer-service communications related to your mortgage application or loan transaction.

Nation One's SMS messaging program is intended for transactional and customer-service communications and is not used to send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of obtaining a mortgage, purchasing a product or receiving services from Nation One.

SMS Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Nation One and the status of your mortgage application or loan transaction.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates or other charges may apply to messages sent or received.

SMS Opt-Out and Assistance

You may opt out of SMS/text communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from Nation One.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

For assistance with SMS communications, reply HELP to a Nation One text message or contact Nation One using the customer service contact information provided on our website.

Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent Nation One from communicating with you through other permitted methods, including telephone, email or postal mail, when appropriate.

Security of Personal Information

Nation One maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Customers should be aware that SMS/text messaging and email may not always be secure methods of transmitting sensitive information. Customers should not send Social Security numbers, passwords, banking credentials or other highly sensitive financial information through SMS/text messages.

Nation One may provide or direct customers to secure methods for transmitting sensitive documents and information.
